As of 1st January 2015, the latest Building Act amendment requires the following:
all projects over the value of $30,000 must have a building contract (we recommend any of the NZCB contracts)
pre-contract disclosures are available to customers, this includes staff details (qualifications and experience) and details of the insurance cover we have

post-contract 12 month maintenance schedule – we will be using the BRANZ maintenance schedule which customises every project
we will be required to address any defects reported by the client for a period of 12 months
